Important Payment Information

How Monthly Payments Work

For students enrolled with a monthly tuition schedule, here's what to expect.

  1. A reminder email is sent 5 days before the scheduled tuition charge.
  2. The first payment attempt is made on the 1st of the month.
  3. If needed, a second payment attempt is made on the 5th of the month.
  4. If both attempts are declined, the student account is temporarily turned off.
  5. To restore access, the past-due balance and a $20 fee must be paid in full.
