About the College

About TBCS

Tabernacle Bible College & Seminary is a Christ-centered institution committed to helping students grow in biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and purposeful service. For decades, TBCS has served students seeking a deeper understanding of God’s Word and a stronger foundation for life, leadership, ministry, and personal calling.

Our programs are designed for those who want more than information alone. We seek to provide education that strengthens faith, builds confidence in Scripture, supports spiritual formation, and helps students make meaningful progress toward their goals.

TBCS serves adult learners at many stages of life — some preparing for ministry, some already serving, some returning to school after years away, and some who simply want to study the Bible at a deeper level and complete a credential that reflects their dedication.

Tuition & Affordability

Tuition & Payment

TBCS believes biblical education should be accessible, and is committed to keeping tuition affordable so students can pursue meaningful progress without unnecessary financial burden. TBCS does not rely on traditional federal financial aid programs; instead, we focus on straightforward, manageable tuition options.

Payment Options

  • Payment in full

Specific tuition and payment information is available through the admissions and enrollment process. Students are encouraged to review all current costs, payment terms, and applicable fees before finalizing enrollment.

For students using a monthly payment plan, a reminder email is sent five days before the scheduled tuition charge. Payments are typically processed on the 1st of each month; if the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt is made on the 5th. Academic Policies

Academic Standards

Academic Expectations

TBCS encourages students to approach their studies with faithfulness, consistency, and integrity. Academic work should reflect sincere effort, respect for Scripture, and a desire to grow both intellectually and spiritually.

Academic Integrity

TBCS values honesty in all academic work. Students are expected to submit original work and represent their learning truthfully. Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, is contrary to the values of Christian education and may result in academic consequences.

Satisfactory Academic Progress

Students are expected to make consistent, meaningful progress. Those who experience difficulty are encouraged to communicate with the school so that next steps can be discussed appropriately.

Withdrawal & Re-Entry

Students who need to pause or discontinue should contact TBCS as soon as possible for guidance. Those wishing to return may be asked to complete a re-entry process based on current procedures.

Course & Program Changes

TBCS reserves the right to revise courses, program requirements, policies, procedures, and published information when necessary, in a way that supports student learning and institutional clarity.

Prior Education & Transfer

Prior educational or ministry experience may be reviewed in accordance with school policies. Transferability of credits, credentials, or degrees is always determined by the receiving institution or organization, so students considering future transfer should verify requirements directly with the institution, employer, church body, or organization involved.

Technology Requirements

Because most students study online, students should have a reliable internet connection; a computer, laptop, or appropriate device; email for school communication; and basic document viewing and submission tools. Students need not be technology experts, but should be comfortable with basic online communication and course access.

Enrollment & Start Timing

Enrollment opportunities may remain open throughout the year, so students are encouraged to complete the application process as soon as they are ready. Once admissions and enrollment steps are complete, students receive guidance regarding the next stage of beginning their studies.

Student Support

Support & Spiritual Emphasis

TBCS is committed to serving students with encouragement, guidance, and respect throughout their educational journey. We understand that many students balance school with work, family, church involvement, and other commitments — so support matters.

  • Clear guidance through the admissions and enrollment process
  • Encouragement as students begin and continue their studies
  • A Christ-centered educational environment
  • Respect for the realities of adult life
  • A sense of progressing with purpose

Spiritual Emphasis

Because TBCS is a Christ-centered Bible college and seminary, we believe education should support spiritual formation as well as academic progress. Our desire is that students not only complete courses, but grow in biblical understanding, maturity, discernment, and purpose.
