How do monthly tuition payments work for online programs?

For online programs, a reminder email is sent 5 days before the scheduled tuition charge. The first payment attempt is made on the 1st of the month, and a second attempt is made on the 5th if needed. If both attempts are declined, the student account is temporarily turned off. To restore access, the past-due tuition balance and a $20 fee must be paid in full.
